Why did you start your business?
I started my business back in 2015 after I got fired from my job. At that time I had 3 kids under the age of 8 and I wanted to see my children grow up. Now I am a mother of 7 - 3 girls and 4 boys - and I wouldn't change it for the world. I also produce and host How to Survive Society and Birth in Power podcast.
What's the one thing you're proud of in your business journey?
My business features and selling points are I help mothers gain back their confidence by offering products that accelerates weight loss. I also offer survivors a platform to share their stories.
What's the biggest accomplishment for your business?
My business biggest accomplishment has been changing mothers lives by offering them products and resources for weight loss, offering survivors a platform to share their stories and sharing resources and knowledge for first time mothers via my podcast Birth in Power.
What do you think you need in order to get to your dream brand?
What I will need to get a dream brand will be to build a community of mothers. My dream brand for weight loss support for mothers would be continuously encompassing empathy, empowerment, and practicality. It will convey a sense of understanding the challenges mothers face, inspire confidence, and offer realistic solutions.
The brand could focus on holistic well-being, emphasizing not just physical but also mental and emotional health. A positive and supportive community, evidence-based advice, and convenient tools could be key elements to help mothers achieve their fitness goals while balancing their busy lives.
It's 5 years from now and you're sitting at the top in your penthouse, what's the one thing you would share with yourself today?
One thing I will share with myself today is to trust the process. Enjoy everyday, show up no matter how you're feeling and be yourself.
